Q: Is this procedure safe?

A: Yes. Bellafill is an FDA-approved dermal filler; its use for penile girth enhancement is an off-label application, which is standard and accepted practice in aesthetic medicine. When administered by an experienced Master Injector like Mila, it has an excellent safety profile. Serious complications are extremely rare. Common side effects (mild swelling, bruising) subside within a few days.

Mila’s training as a National Trainer means she’s been trained to handle any rare complications and prevent them through expert technique.

Q: Who performs the procedure?

A: Two licensed providers are involved. The prescribing practitioner administers the penile nerve block. Mila Prager, RN, BSN – Certified Master Injector and National Trainer – performs the Bellafill injection itself.

Q: How long do results last?

A: Bellafill results last 5+ years. Unlike temporary fillers that fade within 12-18 months, Bellafill’s collagen scaffold becomes permanent. Results often improve over the first 3-6 months as your body’s natural collagen production continues.

Many men never need a touch-up. If you want additional enhancement after 5+ years, you can repeat the procedure.

Q: Will it look or feel natural?

A: Yes. Bellafill integrates seamlessly with your natural tissue. Results feel like natural girth enhancement-no hardness, lumps, or artificial feel when properly placed by an expert.

Q: Are there side effects?

A: Most men experience minimal side effects. Common, temporary effects include:

Q: How long is the procedure?

A: The procedure typically takes 30-60 minutes, depending on the extent of enhancement desired. You’ll be in and out with minimal disruption to your day.

Q: What’s the downtime?

A: Minimal. Most men return to normal activities within 24 hours. You should avoid strenuous exercise or sexual activity for 48 hours to allow for optimal healing.

The procedure doesn’t interfere with work, travel, or regular life.

Q: Is there pain?

A: Before the injection, a licensed Nurse Practitioner administers a penile nerve block to minimize discomfort. Once the area is numb, the procedure itself is not painful. You may feel pressure, but no sharp pain.

Post-procedure, you may have mild tenderness similar to a bruise. This is manageable with ice and over-the-counter pain relief.

Q: Can I see results right away?

A: Yes. You’ll notice increased girth immediately after the procedure due to the collagen component of Bellafill.

Results continue to improve over 3-6 months as your body’s natural collagen production wraps around the PMMA microspheres.

Expectations & Realism

Q: How much girth increase can I expect?

A: This depends entirely on your anatomy and goals. During your in-person consultation and good faith exam, the prescribing Nurse Practitioner will assess your anatomy, and Mila will review your goals and provide realistic, personalized expectations for your treatment plan.

Most men see a 20-35% increase in circumference — the commonly reported range for Bellafill girth enhancement. This is rarely achieved with a single syringe; most patients need multiple syringes, often spread across more than one session, to reach their desired result. Mila will discuss how many syringes your specific goals are likely to require, and you can choose to space treatments out over time if that fits your budget better.

Q: Can this procedure lengthen my penis?

A: No. Bellafill is for girth enhancement (thickness) only. It does not affect length. If length is a concern, this is discussed during your in-person consultation as a separate option.

Q: Will it help with erectile dysfunction?

A: No. Bellafill does not treat erectile dysfunction. However, many men report increased confidence and satisfaction due to improved appearance, which can positively impact sexual experience.

Candidacy

Q: Am I a good candidate?

Q: Do I need to be circumcised?

Privacy & Discretion

Q: Is this completely confidential?

A: Absolutely. All your information, consultations, and procedures are protected under HIPAA privacy regulations. We never share your information or discuss your case without your explicit permission.

Mila’s clinic is designed for discretion and privacy. You’ll never feel exposed or uncomfortable.

Q: Will my partner know?

A: That’s entirely up to you. We recommend discussing with your partner, but there’s no requirement. All communications are confidential.

During recovery, minimal visible signs remain after 48 hours.

Pricing & Payment

Q: What does the $150 fee cover?

A: Your Discovery Call is free. The $150 fee, collected when you schedule your in-person appointment, covers your in-person consultation and good faith exam, which includes a comprehensive anatomical assessment and custom treatment plan.

If you schedule your procedure within 30 days of that consultation, the $150 is credited toward your procedure cost. If you don’t proceed within 30 days, the fee simply covers the consultation and exam and isn’t refunded.

Q: What’s the total cost of the procedure?

A: Pricing depends on your individual anatomy and desired enhancement. You’ll receive a detailed quote during your in-person consultation.

This is discussed fully before any commitment to ensure you understand costs and can make an informed decision.

Q: Do you accept insurance?

A: No. This is a cosmetic procedure not covered by insurance. Payment is out-of-pocket.

Q: Can you treat out-of-state clients?

A: While possible, we typically recommend a 24-48 hour recovery period before flying, especially if you’ll be sitting for extended periods. This is discussed during your in-person consultation.
