We never:
– Share your information with third parties
– Send unsolicited follow-up communications
– Use your data for marketing without explicit consent
– Disclose your consultation or procedure history
Your discretion is our discretion.
Booking Policies
In-Person Consultation & Good Faith Exam Fee ($150)
Purpose: Covers your in-person consultation and good faith exam. The good faith exam is performed by the prescribing Nurse Practitioner (or higher), in coordination with Mila for your treatment planning. Your free Discovery Call is separate and has no charge.
Credit Toward Procedure: If you schedule your procedure within 30 days of your consultation, the $150 fee is credited toward your procedure cost. If you don’t proceed within 30 days, the fee is not refunded and simply covers the consultation and exam.
Non-Refundable: The fee is non-refundable, except in cases where Precision Health initiates cancellation.
Timing: The fee is collected when you schedule your in-person appointment, not during your free Discovery Call.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
48-Hour Notice Required: Rescheduling your in-person consultation or procedure requires at least 48 hours notice.
Less Than 48 Hours: Rescheduling your in-person consultation or procedure with less than 48 hours notice forfeits the fee.
No-Shows: Failure to attend your scheduled in-person consultation or procedure forfeits the fee.
Medical Cancellations: If Mila cancels due to medical or clinic reasons, your fee is fully refunded or rescheduled at no penalty.
Procedure Pricing
Final pricing depends on your individual anatomy and treatment plan, discussed and agreed upon during your in-person consultation and good faith exam (GFE).
If eligible, the $150 fee is credited toward your procedure cost as described above.
Payment: Full payment due before procedure scheduling.

Potential risks and complications are rare but may include swelling, bruising, infection, asymmetry, or allergic reaction. These risks are discussed in detail during your in-person consultation.
Mila Prager is a Registered Nurse (RN) performing advanced injectable techniques under medical supervision. This procedure is performed at Precision Health & Wellness in compliance with all Ohio state regulations.
