About Bellafill®

What is Bellafill®?

Bellafill® is a biostimulator filler containing collagen and PMMA microspheres. It is designed to increase girth, enhance length appearance, and stimulate your body’s natural collagen production over time. Results are designed to look natural in both flaccid and erect states.

Is Bellafill® FDA approved?

Bellafill® is FDA approved for correction of nasolabial folds and treatment of atrophic acne scars. Use for penile girth enhancement is off-label; it is not one of Bellafill®’s FDA-approved indications. It is, however, one of the fastest-growing off-label applications, supported by post-market registry data and the experience of high-volume injectors. We disclose this clearly so you know exactly what is FDA approved versus what is supported by real-world clinical experience before you decide to move forward. Read the full transparency statement →

How long do results last?

Results are long-lasting and may continue improving over several months as collagen develops. Bellafill® results are designed to last 5 years or more. Individual results vary and appearance may change over time.

When will I see results?

You see immediate improvement from the filler itself, with continued enhancement over 3 to 6 months as collagen develops. See the full results timeline →

Is Bellafill® permanent?

Bellafill® is considered a long-lasting, third-generation injectable filler. The PMMA microspheres remain in the tissue while collagen production helps support lasting results.

Cost & candidacy

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on your goals and starting point. A typical starting treatment is 2 kits (9 mL) at $6,000. Your provider will recommend the amount needed after your evaluation. The $150 consultation fee is credited toward your procedure when you schedule within 30 days. Full payment is due before procedure scheduling; the procedure is cosmetic and not covered by insurance.

Who is a candidate?
  • Adults age 21 and over
  • Must complete a medical evaluation and questionnaire
  • Eligibility depends on health history, anatomy, and treatment goals

Candidacy is determined solely by the prescribing medical provider during your consultation and Good Faith Exam.

Are there risks or considerations?

As with any procedure, risks may include swelling, bruising, temporary discomfort, and possible irregularities that often improve over time. A full review of risks, benefits, and aftercare instructions is provided before treatment.

Can I have other procedures later?

If you have had Bellafill® previously, it may affect eligibility for certain future procedures, including some implants. Discuss any prior treatments during your consultation, and always inform providers of your complete treatment history.

What happens during the procedure?
  • Check in with the front desk; paperwork is completed and verified.
  • A penile nerve block is administered for comfort.
  • Bellafill® is injected using a blunt-tip cannula, not a sharp needle, by an experienced, trained nurse who has performed hundreds of successful procedures.
  • Care and post-procedure instructions are reviewed before you leave.

Most patients report minimal discomfort. The procedure takes 30 to 60 minutes.

What is the recovery time?
  • Initial healing: 3 to 5 days.
  • Avoid strenuous activity for about 1 week; light activity like walking is encouraged.
  • Follow-up visit at 2 to 5 weeks.
Will I need more than one treatment?

Possibly. Many patients choose multiple sessions to achieve their desired goals. Most men need multiple syringes, often spread across more than one session. Your provider will recommend a customized treatment plan during your consultation.

Can I support my results?

Healthy habits may support collagen production:

  • Adequate protein intake
  • Vitamin C, zinc, and copper
  • Avoiding smoking and nicotine products
  • Maintaining a healthy weight

These are general recommendations only. Please discuss your individual situation with one of our practitioners.
