- The Consultation and Good Faith Exam fee is $150, collected when you schedule.
- Scheduled within 30 days? The full $150 is credited toward your procedure cost.
- Complete it in person or by telehealth — as early as the next day.
- The prescribing practitioner reviews your health history, goals, and expectations, and determines eligibility and your treatment plan.
